All purchases are eligible for an exchange or store credit within ten days from purchase date. To initiate an exchange or credit, please email mary@sorijewelry.com. All exchanges require prior authorization.
If an item is damaged within the first 2 months of receipt, we will cover the repair at no cost; however, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses. After 2 months, we are happy to facilitate repairs for an additional fee plus shipping. Please note that repairs also require prior authorization—email us to arrange @mary@sorijewelry.com.
Please allow for 1-2 business for in stock products to be processed and shipped via UPS ground. If your item is not in stock, please expect 6-8 weeks before your piece arrived. If you need your item sooner, please email us at mary@sorijewelry.com. We are not responsible should packages get lost, damaged, mishandled, and/or stolen before it arrives.
