If an item is damaged within the first 2 months of receipt, we will cover the repair at no cost; however, customers are responsible for all shipping expenses. After 2 months, we are happy to facilitate repairs for an additional fee plus shipping. Please note that repairs also require prior authorization—email us to arrange @mary@sorijewelry.com.

Please allow for 1-2 business for in stock products to be processed and shipped via UPS ground. If your item is not in stock, please expect 6-8 weeks before your piece arrived.
